You can find us popping up at various locations and events around Middle Tennessee in our food truck, & you can always find us at our cafe.

"New, Fresh, Relaxing, and Delicious! All describe a healthy tasty lunch enjoyed today, outside because it was so pleasant.. Well, it's very pleasant inside, also. With beautiful tile work reminiscent of the beach, which washes onto a hardwood floor makes for some nice accents to the atmosphere, and fresh food. Today I had chicken salad, which was spot-on correct. The different Smoothies and Acai Bowls are on my next visit. Very relaxing inside tables also, or to go. Friendly spot, much needed in the rapidly developing Downtown Lebanon."
