Job Summary:

Duties:
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation.

- Maintain Roasted Coconut's standard of food presentation and time efficiency.
- Assist in training new kitchen employees on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan menu items.
